What is SOMA Breath?
SOMA Breath sessions are centered around breathwork techniques and often involve movement and toning exercises. While each SOMA Breath session is uniquely designed and tailored, four main ingredients produce SOMA’s signature experience:

Breath – Breathing patterns which are Pranayama techniques that have the most scientific evidence supporting the benefits.

Music – Each session is designed around music for an immersive journey. Breathing in beats guides the whole-body experience of harmonizing internal systems.

Breath Holds – At the end of each round of rhythmic breathing, breath holds are utilized to increase the body’s oxygen efficiency and receive many other benefits of this practice which mimics high-altitude training.

Meditation/Contemplation – Each session is built around a theme or core concept. Meditation and contemplation enhances the breathwork experience to facilitate mind, body, and soul integration.
